I recently visited Joy Design Studio in Bangsar, and I honestly had such a wonderful experience! I would especially like to give a huge shoutout to Mira, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind throughout the entire process of choosing furniture for my home.

What truly impressed me was the extra effort Mira put in to help us. She actually did her own research on the suitability of the furniture based on the size and space of my house. When I shared my home concept and the type of furniture I was planning to buy, she was more than happy to share her opinions and suggestions to make sure everything would match and work well together.

Personally, I never felt that Mira was simply chasing a sale. Even though it was our first time meeting her, she made us feel so comfortable — it honestly felt more like getting advice from a friend!

We also wouldn't have known about the Merdeka combo packages and other promotions if Mira hadn't informed and guided us. She even suggested different mix-and-match combinations to make sure we could get the best value for our money. Now that's what I call genuinely looking out for your customers!

Mira was extremely friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. We never felt awkward or pressured throughout the entire process. She patiently explained everything to us from the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you as well for accommodating us with the available delivery/appointment date slot!

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and my experience at Joy Design Studio. Thank you so much, Mira, for making our furniture shopping experience such a pleasant one!

Joy Design Studio, you really should give Mira some extra incentives or a bonus — she definitely deserves it! Hihihi 😄

Thank you again, Mira! Looking forward to receiving and enjoying our new furniture!

Reasonable price on home furnitures here.. Variety of simple minimalist design available in this studio. It's my 1st time here and would recommend to my friends to purchase furniture here. The sales person Mira is very attentive and kind. Thanks for the recommendation.
